question abount my miller syncrowave 200
 
im hoping someone can answer my question ? lately when im starting to weld on a/c it seems like it takes along time for torch to light off i was wondering if it could be the high frequency contacts could be out of adjustment or dirty has anyone else had a problem like this and if so what could be the cause i bought it new and had the machine for 5 or 6 years now never had a problem with it thanks in advance ed

Why not get out the manual for the gap setting, and some feeler gauges, and have a poke at it to see what the gap is? Or at least see if the hold down screws are tight.
